TG4G is a distributed remote team with most members based in the Asia-Pacific region. We have no public-facing physical office. All communication takes place by email or through the feedback form.

Our servers and data centers are located in Europe (Germany / Finland), with content delivered through Cloudflare's global edge network.

FAQ

Why do you use a duck.com email address?

DuckDuckGo Email Protection is a privacy email-forwarding service that helps us strip tracking pixels and cut down on spam, without affecting your normal correspondence.

Can I reach you on WeChat / Telegram?

We do not offer instant-messaging channels for now. Instant messaging makes it hard to keep a record of conversations and cannot absorb the large volume of fragmented daily messages. Please email us instead: we promise a reply within 48 hours and retain a full record for traceability.

Is there a fee to have our service listed?

No. TG4G listing decisions are based on public criteria (accessibility, sign-up volume, community reputation) and are unrelated to payment. Affiliate partnerships are a separate matter and are only considered after your service has already been listed.

Can you remove our entry?

Yes. Please email [email protected] with the subject [Delisting], stating your provider name, official website and the reason for removal (e.g. product discontinued / listed in error / infringement). We process these within 10 business days.

After submitting the feedback form, can I withdraw it?

Yes. Please submit a deletion request under Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. We will delete your submission from our servers within 30 days.
