The planned deployment model is a federated node network. Nodes may be self-hosted or run on cloud hardware, but the protocol emphasizes not depending on any single cloud provider. Key design questions remain open, including long-term storage costs, cryptographic agility in the quantum era, Guardian Quorum design, and the extent to which it offers irreplaceable value compared with native EUDI integration.
The main text does not provide information about network accessibility from China, payment methods, or localization. Since the project is highly dependent on the EU EUDI ecosystem, its direct applicability to Chinese users is limited. Its access status from China can only be considered unknown. Alternative directions include native login systems from major platforms, national eID/EUDI-native integrations, enterprise IAM, decentralized identity DID solutions, and secure communication technologies such as Signal, Matrix, PGP/S/MIME.
