Business costs R$297/month and supports up to 2,048 players, with 3,000,000 logs/month, 120-day retention, and 500 categories. After cancellation, the service remains active until the renewal date. Refunds are not supported. Upgrades take effect immediately, but any remaining time on the original plan is forfeited.

Pros and Cons

The strengths are its focused use case and low migration cost, especially for game servers or Lua scripting ecosystems that already rely on Discord logs. Search, categorization, and Excel backups also fit operational audit needs well. The downsides are that public information does not clarify whether it is open source, supports self-hosting, offers an API/SDK, what payment methods are available, or whether there is an SLA. Categories cannot be manually created from the website, the first three logs are not stored, which may affect audit completeness, and the in-game panel is still coming soon.
