What It Is

Courage to Care/Courage to Talk is a public-service educational initiative launched by the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS) at Uniformed Services University in the United States. Since 2006, the project has focused on providing science-based psychological intervention knowledge and communication guidance for military families and children affected by war-related trauma and injuries. It is not an online course in the traditional sense, but rather a professional mental health education resource library.
