Coach Camp is a client delivery and operations platform for fitness, nutrition, personal training, online, and hybrid coaches. It aims to solve the problem of coaches scattering client communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, email, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and multiple fitness tools, consolidating client messaging, training, nutrition, habits, check-ins, progress photos, notes, and bookings into a native iOS app.
The product is built around an operational view of “who needs attention today.” Daily Command uses Ember briefing, Priority Queue, and Today’s Actions to rank clients based on signals such as adherence, time since last response, and check-ins. Smart Broadcasts can send grouped reminders based on behavior and supports AI-drafted messages. Business Health provides metrics such as active clients, attention flags, churn, and check-in rate. On the training side, it includes a library of 485 exercises, YouTube or custom video demos, 8+ preset training systems, and a custom Program Builder. On the nutrition side, it can generate calorie targets and protein/carbohydrate/fat ratios based on goals. The booking module supports availability, session formats, buffer times, and a three-step client booking flow. Clients can view daily plans, submit weekly check-ins, and sync Apple Health data such as heart rate, steps, sleep, and hydration.
Coach Camp is currently still in the waitlist stage. The copy says Founding Coaches can get first access and lock in lifetime founding pricing, but it does not disclose official pricing, plans, billing cycles, or payment methods. Joining the waitlist and the Skool community is free, and the giveaway states that no purchase is necessary. The product is “being built right now,” so its stability, launch cadence, and real-world operating cases still need to be validated.
Its strengths are its vertical positioning and complete workflow, making it especially suitable for solo coaches who are being slowed down by messages, spreadsheets, and manual onboarding as their client base grows. It is not a general-purpose CRM or billing tool, but rather a “coaching layer.” The limitations are also clear: at launch, it is aimed only at solo coaches, while multi-coach rosters, role-based access, and shared templates remain on the roadmap. Data security, privacy compliance, APIs, and Web/Android support are not yet explained.
Access from China is unknown. Because it depends on iOS and Apple Health and may involve the YouTube and Meta/Google ecosystems, coaches in mainland China should test network accessibility, payment availability, and the client-side installation experience before using it. If serving clients in China, it is worth comparing it with combinations of local personal training management, booking, mini program, WeCom/Lark, form, and community tools, or international products such as Trainerize and TrueCoach.
