However, from the perspective of users in China, its pages do not indicate optimized routes such as CN2, 9929, or CMI. Latency and stability during China evening peak hours generally cannot match providers that specialize in optimized routes back to mainland China. Payment options, Chinese-language support, and refund terms are also not very clear. Overall, OVHcloud is better suited to users who value brand reputation, scale, compliance, and overseas access quality, but it is less suitable for projects that rely heavily on low-latency access from mainland China.
