Project Overview

Global FinPrint is not a traditional online education course, but a global marine research and science outreach project funded by the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation and led by Florida International University. It aims to become the world’s largest survey of coral reef sharks and rays, using a data-driven approach to advance marine ecosystem conservation. Its first global analysis has already been published in the top-tier journal Nature.
