4. 虚假声明的法律责任 (False Claims / Perjury Warning)

请注意:根据 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), 任何故意在 DMCA 通知中作虚假陈述的人, 须就由此给被诉侵权人 / 服务商造成的损失、律师费、诉讼费承担赔偿责任。

请务必确认:

• 您确实是版权所有者, 或经授权的代理人
• 所投诉的使用不属于合理使用 (fair use)、合理引用、新闻报道、批评评论等法定豁免
• 所投诉的内容确实是您主张的版权作品, 而非公有领域、独立创作

1. 收到通知后 3 个工作日内, 我们核对必备要素是否齐全
2. 要素齐全的, 10 个工作日内移除或屏蔽被投诉材料
3. 同时通知受影响的内容上传者(如有)
4. 保留完整通知记录 5 年, 以备法律追溯
5. 如同一投诉人累计提交 3 次以上无效通知, 后续通知不再受理

收到有效反通知后, 我们将转发给原投诉人。如原投诉人在 10 个工作日内未提起诉讼, 我们会在 10 - 14 个工作日内恢复被下架材料。

7. 重复侵权账户政策 (Repeat Infringer Policy)

根据 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), TG4G 实行重复侵权账户终止政策:任何用户在合理时间内被认定多次侵权(通常 ≥ 3 次有效通知), 其账户将被永久终止, 相关贡献将一并下架。
