5. 处理流程 Our Process

1. 收到通知后 3 个工作日内, 我们核对必备要素是否齐全
2. 要素齐全的, 10 个工作日内移除或屏蔽被投诉材料
3. 同时通知受影响的内容上传者(如有)
4. 保留完整通知记录 5 年, 以备法律追溯
5. 如同一投诉人累计提交 3 次以上无效通知, 后续通知不再受理
